Content policies:
Ads, websites, and apps in the Novum Ecosystem are prohibited from containing content that:
is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others;
infringes copyright;
incites hatred against, promotes discrimination of, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalisation;
harasses, intimidates, or bullies an individual or group of individuals;
threatens or advocates for physical or mental harm to oneself or others;
includes graphic sexual text, image, audio, video, or games;
spreads false information.
Invalid activity:
Ads, websites, and apps in the Novum Ecosystem are prohibited from doing any of the following:
encourage accidental clicks;
contain transparent backgrounds or invisible elements on the page which lead to unwanted websites when clicked;
prompt users to share their personal information;
contain malicious software or "malware" that may harm or gain unauthorised access to a computer, device, or network;
contain pop-ups or any other elements that interfere with site navigation;
contain or trigger pop-unders;
redirect users to unwanted websites;
change user preferences or initiates downloads without the user’s express consent.
Ad delivery policies:
Publishers are prohibited from altering the Novum ad code and manipulating the delivery of ads in any way. That includes any approach which may artificially inflate the number of impressions, clicks, or other ad performance-related indicators.
Traffic sources:
Novum does not permit ads, websites, or apps that use third-party services to generate clicks and impressions that do not represent genuine user interest.
